Found a bug or having a problem that's not listed in the Forum? Sorry to hear of your trouble. We want to help you.

We offer a free community support service via this forum.

Please create a new message and report the problem in as much concise detail as possible.

Be sure to let us know if you can repeat the bug, the sequence of events and include any screenshot you have of the issue along with information about your system (operating system and video card details), network (LAN, Internet server and actual IP/site link info you can safely provide in public) and the worlds you were accessing. This will help us verify the bug and solve it as fast as possible.

Remember to explain your problem in detail, how you've tested it and what version of the VastPark software you're using. We probably can't help you without this information.

The community support service is provided on an ad hoc basis and depends on our core and service workload. There are times where our responses are very quick and other times where takes us a long time to respond as we're already flat out with VastPark related work such as working on getting a new release ready which may already solve the issue you're having. We love fixing bugs. We also love it when members of the community help each other as well as us by sharing information to solve or clarify problems.

If the problem can't be duplicated outside of your secure environment and you need to give us sensitive information for us to help you, you'll need to either be an Enterprise client or partner (if so, we provide you with your own private support portal) or you can purchase a support ticket or ticket package from us so we handle this privately via a private support portal, email and by phone.

Premium support packages can provide you with faster, reliable support. There is also an option for an annual support service with a service level agreement (SLA).
